K-Style Vegan Recipe | Bean Sprouts Pan-Cake
K-style Vegan Recipe Time!
It's one of the healing time to relieve my stress and being happy to care of my health.
There are different type of pan-cakes but I tried to cook it with bean sprout in simple way. It was first time to make it and I enjoyed it so much. Now, I'm going to share how to cook with my tips.
■ Ingredients
Bean 🌱 Sprouts | Eggs | Salt | Oil | Pepper | Flour | Water | Chili 🌶 | Parsley & Fish Sauce (if you have, not essential)
1) Washing Bean Sprouts
2) Mixing Flour + Salt + Pepper + Egg (Mixing Together)
I added sliced Chili (I'm a Chili Lover),
1-2 egg, and one spoon of fish sauce.
✮ Tip_1one spoon of 'fish sauce' is key point (Half of Salt)
✮ Tip_2Do not add too much of water and flour (Not Thick Dough)
3) Roast it with Low-Heat (Try to make it thin)
4) Until it went to light brown color! (White ⇰ Brown)
